Strategically located at Mahakam River, Samarinda - East Kalimantan GAPALLAN - Galangan Kapal Lancar exist and ready to be “your trusted shipyard“ partner in ship repairing & ship building in East Kalimantan Area. With the airbag ship docking system (w: 64 M, L: 125 M, 2° angle) in the total area of 54,000 M2 at the shipyard industrial estate Pulau Atas, our shipyard can accommodate 6 of 400ft barges.

For the quick handling of the ship repairs and ship buildings, our workshop is equipped with several equipments:

  1. 1.Forklift toyota 3.5 ton & 5.0 ton, Dozer, Excavator komatsu pc200 & long arm catterpilar

  2. 2.Welding, cutting, drilling machines

  3. 3.Launching airbags D: 1.8 m x EL: 18 m = 25 pcs (ABS Certified) & 400 MPA Compressor

  4. 4.Generator set 250 KVA & 200 KVA

  5. 5.PLN 2 x 198 KVA

  6. 6.Overhead Crane 2 x 10MT & 2 x 2,5MT and Crawler Crane 55 MT
